Admission policy

At Splitsville Entertainment we pride ourselves on our inclusivity and respect the many diversities in our communities. We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, or hateful language. We are a family-friendly entertainment facility, we do not condone aggressive behaviour or foul language to both our guests and our team. Please be considerate of all guests and team members when entering any of our facilities.

Smoking or vaping any substances is prohibited in any of our facilities. Please follow your provincial laws to find the appropriate areas for smoking and vaping.

Our team reserves the right to ask you to leave at any time should you exhibit any of the above behaviours. Proper measures will be taken should you not comply, including, but not limited to, escalating the situation to the authorities.

Children under 14 must always be accompanied by a parent or caregiver over the age of 16. We reserve the right to ask for proof of ID from the caregiver or child upon entering.

Alcohol and Social Responsibility

We operate all our licensed bowling centres responsibly, safely and within the law. We want guests to enjoy visiting us and to find safe, welcoming environments, which neither condone nor encourage excessive drinking.

You must be legal drinking age to order and consume alcohol in any of our facilities and will be asked to provide a government-issued ID upon ordering. Please enjoy responsibly.
