Eligibility: A valid email and consent must be provided to join the Splitsville Waterloo Email Club. The email address used to enter the contest must be active and not be unsubscribed at the time of the contest draw. One valid email/contest entry per person.
Employees of Splitsville/Xtreme Bowling Entertainment Corporation, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the contest. The contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Contest Period: March 20, 2024 to June 2, 2024 at 11:59pm EST
Contest Draw Date: June 3, 2024 at 4:00pm EST
Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible email entries and receive:
- 12 bowling vouchers, each dated for a specific month from May 2024 to April 2025
- Each bowling voucher is valid for 60 minutes of bowling at any Splitsville location in Canada for up to 6 guests on one lane with shoe rentals included
- Total value of up to $1000. Value varies depending on the centre selected for bowling, time of day, and day of week.
Prize must be accepted as awarded, cannot be transferred, and has no cash value. Splitsville reserves the right to change the prize offering throughout the validity period through to April 2025.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner notification: Winner will be notified via email to the email address they entered the contest within five (5) days following the winner selection. Splitsville shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
